My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable, but they needed a good clean. The spacious room had a nice en-suite, yet it was not soundproof, and the gym opposite started loud music at 5:30am.
The room was quite spacious and comfortable, but the lack of windows was a downside. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing for a later check-out, which I really appreciated. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired with dirty walls, carpets, and an overall lack of attention to upkeep.
The hotel offered clean and functional rooms with a quiet environment for a good rest, although the facilities were basic and a bit dated. The helpful staff, especially Valentine, provided courteous service, though there were some uncertainties about reimbursements. The location afforded natural light but had a regrettable incident with a cockroach. The dining options were adequate but fairly basic, with a reasonable offer for continental breakfast. Overall, a decent choice for a budget-friendly stay.
